About Born2Retrieve
We are a breeder of Labrador Retrievers, located in North Central Pennsylvania and North Central Texas.
Born2Retrieve resulted from Greg and Christine’s love of animals and Greg’s love of
hunting. Our goal is to breed the perfect retriever – one that can be a perfect hunting companion that excels when trained and then come home and be a full time house dog if you desire. We strive to produce Labradors with excellent pedigrees that promote brains, good looks and animals that are free from health problems and genetic defects such as hip dysplasia.
All of our labs are hunted weekly either in the field or at a local hunting preserve
between the months of September – April. They are trained on a daily rotation of
bumpers and retrieval skills. Several of our dogs will be running in hunt tests.
We have built an excellent group of brood bitches with impressive field test pedigrees. Our Studs also have excellent pedigrees with impressive titles. Our puppies are born and raised in our home around our family to promote socialization. We feel that you will be very happy with your puppy from Born2Retrieve. Born2Retrieve’s GUARANTEE
We guarantee your puppy against inherited hip/elbow dysplasia and inherited ocular disease for thirty months from the date of whelp. Full refund of purchase price upon written proof of above disease from your vet and a letter from the OFA. In the case of inherited ocular disease, we will need written proof from an Animal Optometrist. Also, we will need proof that your dog has been spayed or neutered.
